About Ravindra Jain
Ravindra Jain was a composer and lyricist who's career spanned from 1971 to 2015, the year of his death. His debut came in the film Kanch Aur Heera in 1972. Throughout his career, he had a lasting relationship with Rajshri Productions and composed the music for several of their features such as Tapasya, Chitchor, and Abodh. He also had lasting associations with popular playback singers Yesudas, Mohammad Rafi and Kishore Kumar and collaborated with them on several occasions. Aside from cinema, he has composed albums for several singers, such as Asha Bhosle, as well as solo albums in genres such as bhajans and ghazals.
