• Go to Wynk Music App
• Click on Hellotune Management screen
• Click on the ellipsis in the top card.
• You will get an option to “Stop Pre tune Message”
• Click on it to stop the Pre tune message

1 Free Hellotune can be set every 30 days. To set your Free caller tune, firstly download the Wynk Music App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. In the App, select the Hello tune icon on the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. On the Hello Tunes page, you get personalized recommendations & a list of some hit songs that you can set as your free caller tune for the month.

To remove the existing caller tune/ Hellotune, follow the steps:

• Open the Wynk Music App & at the bottom of the screen, find the navigation bar and select the hello tunes icon.
• In the Hello Tunes section, you can select the Remove current Hellotune option.
• A popup will appear asking to confirm your choice. Click Yes, and your action will reflect on your calls in the next 10 minutes.

To find the best songs for caller tune, follow the steps:

• Download the Wynk Music App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• At the bottom of your screen, find the navigation bar and select the hello tunes icon.
• On Hellotunes Page, you can find thousands of best songs in International & Regional languages, and choose the best caller tune as per your choice. You can also use the search box on the page to find your favorite songs and choose them as your caller tune.
