Wynk Music’s King- Stream and Win Contest (“Contest”) is an opportunity for Participants to stand a chance to meet King and attend ​King’s concert in Goa on December 29, subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

• The Contest shall start from November 9, 2022 and will end on 20 November, 2022, both days are inclusive. (“Contest Period”).
• In order to participate in the Contest, the participant must be registered user of Wynk music mobile application (“App”) and must:
  • Click on King playlists on the App; and
  • Stream any King song on App during Contest Period.
• Five participants who have heard King’s songs for the maximum number of times on Wynk App will be chosen as winners provided all songs must have King as an artist. In case of tie, winners will be selected by a draw of lots.
• Five winners will get King concert tickets, and a chance to meet King in Goa at his concert. It is clarified that travel and stay will not be sponsored.
• All participants must be resident of India and be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
• Wynk employees and their immediate family are not eligible to enter into this Contest.
• Wynk will have the right to access and track the MSISDN and use pictures of all Participants for the purposes of selecting the winners of the Contest and for other promotional purposes, and the Participant consents to the same. All Participants allow Wynk to call them on their MSISDN.
• The tickets will be delivered to the email address provided by the Winner to Wynk and will be mailed separately to each winner.
• Wynk will notify each Winner about his or her selection over call or email. Wynk will also post the name of each Winner on Wynk’s Instagram page.
• Winners will be contacted by the Wynk team to provide the following information within 12 hours of Wynk sending them a winning confirmation: (a) Full name, (b) MSISDN (mobile number), and (c) email address.
• Wynk will be entitled to postpone, suspend or cancel the Contest at any time before or during the Contest with or without notice, for any reason. Wynk will not be liable to compensate any Participant for any postponement or cancellation of the King concert.
• All applicable taxes, duties and travel expenses (excluding flight tickets), food expenses towards claiming the Reward and all formalities and documentation involved in claiming any reward or prize shall be the sole responsibility of the participants.
• Each participant will comply with all applicable laws in connection with the registration for, and participation in, the Contest, and winnings there from.
• Any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in relation to this agreement, including disputes as to its formation, will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian laws. The Participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi alone.
• Wynk’s maximum liability under this T&Cs, and whether such liability arises under contract, tort (including negligence), under an indemnity, under statute or any other legal theory, is limited to Rupees Five Thousand only.
• The statements in these terms and conditions do not constitute any general representation from Wynk regarding the Application, Wynk’s services or the production house.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wynk and its affiliates and their respective employees, directors and agents from any claim, actions and proceedings resulting from bodily injury, death, or damage to or loss of tangible property or loss of reputation caused at the place of meeting for the winner.
• If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such part shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining terms and conditions will continue to have full effect.
• These T&Cs are subject to Wynk’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as available on wynk.in, in case of any conflict, the T&Cs shall prevail.
• THIS CONTEST IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU.
