How it works?
1 To start, share your unique referral link with your friend(s) from the Invite screen of Refer and Earn Program in Wynk Music app, can be accessed from this link https://wynk.in/music/refer
2 The Refer and Earn invite screen can be accessed from:

3 Your friend(s) would need to download the Wynk Music Android app using your shared unique referral link via Google Play Store
4 After your friend successfully installs and registers with Wynk Music, we will credit both you and your friend with 20 Coins, if the friend satisfies the eligibility criteria and the referral process clears the fraud checks
5 Check your coin balance and redeem it for the reward of your choice from Earnings screen
6 NOTE: The Refer and Earn program is available only for Android users and a new referral for your friend(s) is only counted if he/she is a new Wynk Music user as per our Terms and Conditions
Program Description
The “Wynk Refer and Earn Program” hereinafter referred to as “Referral program” is a program launched for Wynk Music Android app users wherein they can share their unique link with their friends to install Wynk and earn Coins for every new friend that installs and registers on Wynk Music Android. Users can then redeem their earned Coins for exciting rewards.
Definition
1 This program is applicable for Wynk Music Android mobile app only, hereinafter referred to as “Wynk app”
2 “Referrer” is the user who initiates the referral by sharing his unique link
3 “Friend” is the user who clicks on the referral link shared by Referrer and installs the Wynk Music app
4 “Cash out” implies the transaction to convert coins to real value Rupees by withdrawing them to Paytm or Airtel Payment Bank account wallet
5 “Coin” is a created currency unit for the Wynk Refer and Earn program that can have a value ranging from Rs. 0.5 per Coin to Rs. 2 per Coin. “Coin” applicability and usage is limited only to the Wynk Refer and Earn program on Wynk Music Android app.
Program Participation and Eligibility
The Refer and Earn Program is only valid on new installs and registrations on mobile app:
1 Your friend(s) must not have installed the Wynk app on any of their device before
2 The phone number through which the Friend registers in the Wynk app, must not have been used for registering with the Wynk app earlier
3 A registration with a different phone number using the same device will not qualify as a valid referral
4 The device on which the Friend downloads the Wynk app should not be rooted or jailbroken, or an emulator/simulator
5 Exception: As a one time activity during the launch of Wynk Refer and Earn program, old users of Wynk Music Android app who install and register on the app during the program period but have not been active during the past 100 days will also be eligible for the rewards. However, this exception will apply only once for users falling in this category for the duration of the program.
General Conditions
1 A successful referral, where the Friend installs and registers with the app and is a new user for Wynk Music, will entitle both the Referrer & the Friend 20 coins
2 The last link used to install the app would be considered for the referral earning. In case the friend clicks on the link through any other friend or campaign link after clicking on ‘your’ link, ‘your’ referral will not be eligible
3 In case of a successful referral, the referral earning coins will be credited to the Referrer and the Friend within the Wynk app within 24 working hours of the Friend opening and registering himself on the app
4 In case the referrer and the friend do not receive the coins within 24 working hours of completing the referral, it would mean that the referral has been rejected due to violation of eligibility criteria of the Wynk Refer and Earn program. The reason for rejecting the referral is solely as per Wynk’s discretion and Wynk is not obligated to disclose or roll-back such decision.
5 Accumulated coin balance can be redeemed for the available Rewards as per the discretion of the referrer and the friend, and before the Wynk Refer and Earn Program expiry
6 Coins shall not be transferable and will have to be used as per this Terms of Conditions
Program Period and Invite
The Wynk Refer and Earn program will start from 13th August 2018 and will continue till 31st December 2018. It will be accessible to the entire user base of Wynk Music Android application. Wynk Music reserves the sole right of participation of its app users in the Wynk Refer and Earn program.
Program Earning Cap
The Maximum earnings made by any user during the program period can be 200 coins. This includes combination of earnings made through app install (first time using your friend’s referral) and when your friends install using your unique referral link. The unutilized coin balance will expire for all users on 31st December 2019 and any decision regarding expiry of coins rests with Airtel Digital Limited.
Airtel Payment Bank Cash out Conditions
Users with coin balance more than 100 coins can redeem the coins for Rupees which will be credited in their active and valid Airtel Payment Bank wallet account basis the conversion rate of 2 coins = 1 Rupee. In the Success case, users who meet the above condition and initiate a cashout to Airtel Payments Bank wallet account, will be credited the converted amount in Rupees into their wallet basis the registered mobile number with their Wynk Music Android app. For the users that do not have an existing Airtel Payment Bank wallet/account, have not completed their KYC, or have exceeded their monthly wallet balance limit, the cash out amount will not be credited. Users who create an Airtel Payments Bank account or complete their KYC will have to initiate the transaction again to claim the cash out. Airtel Payments Bank reserves the right to withhold any transaction deemed suspicious under the Wynk Refer and Earn program.
Paytm Cash out Conditions
Users with coin balance more than 100 coins can redeem the coins for Rupees which will be credited in their active and valid PayTM wallet account basis the conversion rate of 2 coins = 0.8 Rupee. In the Success case, users who meet the above condition and initiate a cashout to PayTM wallet, will be credited the converted amount in Rupees into their wallet basis the registered mobile number with their Wynk Music Android app. For the users that do not have an existing PayTM wallet/account, have not completed their KYC, or have exceeded their monthly balance limit, the cash out amount will be held by Paytm for a period of 5 days. In case the user creates a valid Paytm account linked to the Wynk Music Registered mobile number or completes his KYC, the amount will be credited to their Paytm wallet. Paytm initiate the transaction again to claim the cash out, after fulfilling the conditions needed for a KYC compliant valid Paytm wallet. In case the user has exceeded his monthly Wallet limit, the amount will be withheld by Wynk. Paytm reserves the right to withhold any transaction deemed suspicious under the Wynk Refer and Earn program.
Wynk Premium Promo-Code Conditions
Users can redeem their earned coins for promo-code that can be used to claim Wynk Premium Subscription. Users can exchange 50 coins for a single 30 Day Wynk Premium promo-code or exchange 130 coins for a 3 month Wynk Premium promo-code. Delivery of the promo-code will take place to the user by SMS / Push Notification / In-App popup. However, the user will have to follow the communicated steps to apply the promo-code post which the corresponding offer will be applied to his mobile number registered with Wynk Music Android app. Please note, in case the user is already on a Wynk Premium Subscription plan then the promo-code will not be applied. Also, the subscription period does not have additive property hence multiple applied promo codes will overwrite each other instead of adding to the number of days of Wynk Premium subscription. Both 30 Day and 90 Day Wynk Premium promo-codes have an expiry date of 31st March 2019.
Sharing referral links to personal contacts only
Your unique referral links should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. You cannot distribute/publish your unique referral link where there is no reasonable basis for believing that most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, forums, Wikipedia etc.). Such cases if found, will not be considered for the referral earning.
Termination and Change
1 Airtel Digital Limited reserves all rights to change the coin reward amounts, coin to rupees conversion and cashback amounts conferred under Refer and Earn program at any point in time
2 Airtel Digital Limited reserves the right to add, remove and modify the available coin redemption options in the Wynk Refer and Earn program
3 Airtel Digital Limited reserves to credit/debit/modify expiry date of Coins earned via Wynk Refer and Earn program
4 Airtel Digital Limited may suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn program or any user's ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason at their discretion
5 Referral earnings as a result of fraudulent activities will be revoked and deemed invalid. This is without prejudice to the legal remedies available to Airtel Digital Limited against the person who earned fraudulent referral earnings.
Update to the Terms and Conditions
Airtel Digital Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions section.
